Maybe I forgot the tripod, but at least I remembered most of my surf gear and luckily my GoPro. All the video you see is recorded entirely with my GoPro and cell phone.

This video highlights the atmosphere during my travels to Hawaii, Mauritius and Ireland while competing in the Kite Surf Pro (KSP) World Championships. Having the GoPro as travel camera is ideal as it is light and does not require a camera man, while it still captures the moments up close. Denmark also offered a diversity of conditions ranging from snow and below zero degrees on my old windsurfing gear to summerly Copenhagen and perfect conditions for kitesurfing in Klitmøller.
I hope you like the video and that it inspires you to capture your magic moments - even though you might not have a whole camera crew and professional production at your service!
