1: Ride with your kite in low position with good speed.
2: Go a little downwind to load the power of the kite and at the same time put your kite a little up, but still in the power zone and unhook the bar, just before you have unhooked the bar make sure you do a good pop.
3: With strong pop, when you almost get out of the water, go in a forward rotation, so that you do not have to use as much strength when you pass the bar in the air.
4: After you go out from the pop, twist a little bit so your hip and your legs are on the right side so you have good hip rotation, so that when you turn the 360 degrees faster and easier the other way.
5: To do a good 313 you must over rotate your hips, so load them up to the opposite direction to have more spring when attempting the pass. As you reach the apex of the jump release the spring and pass the bar.
6: After you pass the bar keep your arms in tight, keep your body compact, and bare downwind as you land.
