Cabrinha’s Boys In The Hood – Day 2

 The Boys in The Hood Cabrinha crew headed out to the snow!  Yes, everyone hoped on the RV and crawled up at a max speed of 30 to 42 mph to Mount Hood. It was a first for some of the group riders to ever see snow. You can only imagine as the six of us managed to concur the mountain in all ways.  Lets just say we snowboarded, skied and well we managed to pull the unthinkable in the summer with a little snow kiting. This day was memorable since Daddy Damo or Damien LeRoy grew up skiing and racing on these slops for years. We also had a world-class snow kiter with us, Ken Lucas. When the wind died and everyone was fully banged up and tired the gang loaded up the RV and headed into Government camp for the rest of the afternoon. As for the RV and the crew we are starting to think it should be called the Boy’s in the Hood with ADD.  The boys are always going a million miles per hour and want to do everything, laugh about everything,  while Damien is always cleaning the RV and the boys just mess it all up right after.  The next adventure of the day was the alpine slide. As the day came to an end we headed over to the Elsasser’s house for some tarp surfing….  You ask what that is… you will see.
